1.Servo clamping system:
The clamping system is driven by a servo motor and mechanically connected. The mold and the bottom mold are clamped synchronously by a servo motor. The back of the mold frame is equipped with a high-pressure booster plate and a high-pressure clamping mold, which effectively reduces the visibility of the mold line of the finished bottle and ensures the quality of the bottle. The mold adopts a drawer-type structure, which is convenient for mold replacement and can be completed by the operator within half an hour.
2.Servo stretching system:
The servo motor drives the stretching system, and the servo motor drives the gear rack for stretching. The self-developed photoelectric limit and mechanical limit dual protection mode prevents the stretching rod from touching the bottom mold. The first and second blow cycle times can be adjusted separately on the console. According to the different preforms and different bottle types of customers, the stretching rod can be automatically adjusted, with high flexibility.
3. Cooling/chilled water circulation system:
The company's self-developed cooling and heating head device ensures the cooling of the heating head after the bottle is out. There is a cooling water channel under the heating box. When the preform is heated, the cooling water channel is used to block the heat of the lamp tube. There is a cold air system under the cooling water channel to cool the bottle mouth and protect the tooth mouth from deformation. Chilled water flows to the mold to quickly cool the mold and improve the production efficiency of the whole machine.
