Lubrication maintenance: During the production process, each lubrication part must be kept in good lubrication condition. Lubricating oil should be added at least once per shift to ensure that the machine is clean, free of oil stains and rust.

Anti-rust measures: If the machine does not work for a long time, be sure to carry out anti-rust treatment to prevent the equipment from rusting.

V-belt inspection: Frequently check the tightness of the V-belt and adjust it in time to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
